What this is

Herside (herside.win) is an AI companion and information-organizing tool, built and run by an independent developer. Using it means you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use it.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. If you're younger, please talk to an adult you trust, or contact a youth helpline where you live.

What she is not

She is an AI. She is not a therapist, a lawyer, or a doctor. Nothing she says is a diagnosis, legal advice, or medical advice, and she can't make decisions for you. For anything involving your physical safety, a legal dispute, money you've lost, or distress that won't lift, please talk to a real professional — in the US, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233 and the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is 988. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

What you send her

Your screenshots and messages stay yours. Before uploading, make sure you have the right to use that material, and black out details about third parties who have nothing to do with this. What we do with your data is set out in the privacy notice.

What you may not use her for

No stalking, monitoring, harassing, or threatening anyone. Nothing she produces may be used to defame, dox, or extort. Don't upload private material about other people that you obtained unlawfully. She only helps you organize what you could already see. Accounts that break this get cut off, without a refund.

Anything you publish

She can turn facts into a timeline, write it up, and export it as an image. Whether you post it, where you post it, and what follows is entirely your call and your responsibility. Check the defamation and privacy laws where you live before you publish.

Payment and refunds

The free allowance resets daily. Paid access is a one-off pass — not a subscription, nothing auto-renews. It unlocks the moment payment succeeds and ends when the pass expires. Payments are handled by Creem; we never see your card details.

Refunds: this is a digital product that unlocks immediately, so there are no change-of-mind refunds. But if the service itself fails you — payment went through and nothing unlocked, or the service was down for a meaningful stretch of your pass — email us and we refund in full.

Redemption codes are single-use: once redeemed they're spent, with no reissue.

Availability

This is a small product. She depends on third-party AI services, so there will be slowdowns and outages. We work to keep her up but don't promise 100% uptime. Features may change or be retired; if a major change affects access you already paid for, the refund terms above apply.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service, and our total direct liability is capped at what you actually paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

Terms may be updated; the date at the top changes when they are. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version. If something material about payment or refunds changes, we'll tell you plainly the next time you open it.
